Urad Dal (Black Gram), Tuvar Dal (Yellow Pigeon Pea), Rice, Bengal Gram, Green Gram, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, and Red Chilies.
Mix 1 measure of Adai Dosa Mix with 1 measure of water, ½ measure of curd (optional) and salt to form a smooth batter. Keep the batter aside for 30 minutes. Heat a flat pan on medium flame and grease it with little oil. Spread 1 tbsp of the batter on the pan in sweeping circular motions to form a pancake. Drizzle and spread some oil over the surface and the edges of pancake. When the surface looks cooked (not soft or runny), flip it and cook the other side for about a minute. Fold the dosa into half and serve hot with coconut/tomato chutney, sambar or pickle.
Tasty Tip: For extra flavor, you can add grated coconut, chopped vegetables, coriander or curry leaves.
